Suggestions for your mandate as president of the USA

I apologize for this letter because I'm presenting some suggestions I wrote without cheking, I wrote as some ideas that comes to me, that could be useful, sorry for any vagueness.

Reinforce the culture: productivity, place of opportunities to create works, gather worlwide rich investments

Currently there is an implicit culture for different countries, my suggestion is you formalize it, you set what is USA an what is not, in a way if you reduce the taxes to rich, to get they put their money in the country to get more liquidity, everyone in  USA understand it and why it is done. In past decades the inhabitants of the country were ignorant of many economic measures, but as the decades passed, these must change you can't govern your inhabitants, your must govern with them, these means they must understand why every measure is done, and how they can participate and change it to make it mroe effective.
I would support in the competition with China and show their weakness and how USA can be a better option than China.
Is necessary a clear competition. What will provide USA? Does will provide the better CEOs world wide, the better medics, or they will provide the best workforce, it is not clear, and if you set you will guide all the way USA works.
In example if you set the culture, and you make inmigration make sense to it, then mexican inmigrants who have a stable company who exports products to other country or internally create works, should get a green card; and these will move all the resources from immigrant community from lawyers to convice judges to make immigrants to get residence, to institutions that will promote the study and the creation of companies for immigrants to they get a green card creating works.
Another problem is judicial system, I got the impression it is too expensive as is creating problems to business, and I think it needs an ajustment.
Well I think you got the idea.

Improve the concept of leadership for future presidents

The leadership had been changing across the time I think this is the time to make some adjustment for your own convenience an better recognition of the effort of other members of the goverment.
The country of USA doesn't needs a president to work, you know it, and the fact a group of specialized people presents you an idea and seems good, doesn't means it is really good, and make believe all the world you decided it.
In that sense the idea is to change the image of the president as a temporal creative manager, if there is a crisis in health, then a doctor should be the president, but that doesn't means he knows all the areas of management of the country neither he needs to understand them to fulfill the task he must accomplish as president.
You had been choose by USA people to improve the jobs and welfare, and you should focus on that, any other problem you should set clearly you don't understand, you don't want to understand and you need space to work effectively in your goals.
My suggestion would be you do what you can do, you can make USA more productive, increase work places, an as you said you have contacts, and you can increase the general welfare of USA.
But what I would do is the following I would say "I don't know about other areas of the management of USA, and I can't tell what is wrong or right in the time I'm as president, unless I stop my goal of improve the welfare of USA an dedicate my full time to analyze them, in that sense from one, every area, will be responsible, and at the same time will receive teh recognitino independently, i.e. is some one does a good or bad management in drugs hsi name will appear as responsible and will receive the recognition for their work".
Pontio Pilatos did it and it worked, you are not good and you can't take the responsibility of everything neither the credit, and you will create a important modification in the management of countries.


Beware with this two problems, that can cause big problems in the future

Currently there are two big problems
First is the deportation of inmigrants, specifically mexicans, because they can be killed if you return to Mexico, my suggestion instead is to force them to be more productive 1) present degrees 2) create works that export products or any other aspect that improve the culture of USA; as a requisite to stay in the country.
Second is the Global Warming, sea is raising, I don't know if it is true,  but many people say it is and other say it is not.The problem is both are member of the country you are in charge currently, my advice is find a point where they make sense, and make them work.
This means you can call it "pollution", this is real, to fix it will fix the problem of global warming, and reinforce the culture of welfare of USA, for working and for tourism.
The other is the fact that you are there to solve the problem of all groups and avoid they distroy each other, in that sense I would urge Global Warming members, to create and start a plan, againts "pollution", or as they want to call Global Warming, anyway your are is not the environment and in that sense you give the hot potato to the guy in charge of that area.


You are incorrectly using the "big child" strategy and you can regret it
------------------------
The strategy "big child", I think you have been using, is very useful and is to activate your ego child, with its own reality and point of view and make it operate.
In example if some one comes to you and tells you "the earth is plane", this means he disconnects from current knowlege and basically says anything that seems reasonable but it isn't and persists in imposing it; then you activate yoru ego child, and you say "the sun is an hexagone", you moves to another reality, don't connect with the reality the other people want to impose, connects to your own reality, impose it, ignore the other guy and continues your own life.
And it has other uses, I understand you has hired advisors, but the point is they are not understanding and basically they dindn't created this strategy, long history.
What you are doing wrong is it, once you become a president you should act as an adult, and the adult and impose the order, and the "big child" should not be activate unless an exception and you are not doing that. You are continue with the strategy of "big child", the problem you will have is people will start to have an incoherent image of you and they will block you, and when there will be a problem, they will accusse you of immaurity and irresponsibility,  basically you are distroying your own image and giving wood for future problems, trusme me.
Break it and act like an adult or contactme with your advisors so I can clarify the idea, the concept is clearly simply and is based in the natural activation and work of egos.
A fair and free advice :) now you have hard as an adult and keep/recover the respect you have and they owe you for your efforts.

Letter to Julian Assange: Task required from the project +x+f+r :)

Present.-

We recognize your efforts to keep privacy and right of people around the world. And send you congratulations to you.
We understand all the sacrifices you did, you did for a better world and for future generations, because is important to put a restraint and control to what the governments does, because they are humans too, and they are not perfect and they tend to be corrupt too.

But in the other hand we need to find too a  way to find a solution and a state where both government and people get an "agreement", and realistic improvement.
In that sense the project has the strategy to ask both parts to solve the problem of the other part, at the same time they get what they want.
What this means?
This means you have to design a strategy that will allow a government to anticipate risk like the following.
 - One person search in teh internet a poisonous gas, create it and free in the metro.
 - A group of person is planning for months an attack to another social group or business, and to detect them on time.
 - Etc.
This requirements should be set by the other part.

There was, there is and there will be problem like the one you fight for, and no matter what you do, you are not going to solve it; but if you work in a proposal to make an step for your change, there is a better change you can  get.

Thsi project is based on a positive, responsible, strategy for global agents of change.
I don't think they are going to make the first step in this way but maybe you can do it.
So we beg you to please think on the idea.

President of Israel Reuven Rivlin: The importance you take the leadership in the global structuring of the Him

Very respectfully, please I ask you to patientily read all the mail, because it is important.

Israel had been the beginning of nation, a global nation, where the right of the people was going to be respected, where there was not going the be slavery neither abuse of the poor, giving an option for people to recover they slavery even when they returned to it, allowing poor people find food and survive, it was something big in a time where child and people where sacrificed as rabbit for several rituals.
Israel always had been all the people who accept a way of rectitude and respect for the other people, and the same time a big fire that will impulse to fight and protect this nation against any thing that tries to destroy it. It was not a race it was all the people.
Israel always had been the positive advance of humanity, intelligence, prudence,  knowledge and wisdom, he was the fist big prototype.
This is important you remember when trying to recover your territory, we are not living in a time when people sacrificed child, but to understand who is right and who is not you have to understand the root and origin of the Religion of the God of Israel, Jehova.

In the other hand there is a group, recently called Nazis that tried to destroy Israel, but not only Israel, they were searching to destroy the advancement of the humanity and set a new order. But you know you don't understand what they are, and that is a big doubt not resolved.

The Him
About the following you know or at least you can verify

Jesus Christ, was registered as a normal people who born, a person that married and have children, based on the evidence found at the moment. But he set a new way of working for the society and the mind.

Mahoma created a religion that guide several countries, gave a religion to slaves, when other religion was prohibited to them. But he was too a normal person.

About Moises the investigation shows the same, the sea didn't opened, instead of it the history shows he was an expert in the terrain, shows that the 10 commandments came from other religion in that time, and when he failed he modified them. But moises and other leaders wanted something, they want freedom, justice and respect for human life.

I'm not judging only presenting fact, what they are or aren't I ignore.

But what I know is they discovered a technique that allows through a religion, to configure and guide the mind of all a country, they saw the mind will operate structure and operate under something called God, that generically is denominated Him. This will trascend even what they fathers, parents and friends will say is correct. People could obey or not but they mind will work as what the Him says is what their mind will say is true and the way their mind will work.
Depending the Religion you choose the Him you have.

The problem.
The problem is when they designed this they do thinking in the present, they didn't thought all they changes would happen in the following centuries, and that problem is more clear in Islam, that request socially the anhilation of other humans.

The proposal
As Israel you are the moral leadership, of the three main religion, and if someone can change it are you, but before that you have to understand no only the working of the Him, else the understanding of how the spiritual and mental is ruled and how it works, and resolved what are the nazis, because the nazis are one of the underground groups that exists and will exists in the earth in the future.

Then what is God?
A mother is god for his child, a leader is the god for their member, but each member is to god for all the group in one way or another, what they do, the additional step they take or  they don't take will affect all the group. Any person is God for others in one or another way.

About the presence of god, there are underground groups, of humans that develop some their spiritual abilities to help or harm others, there are other advanced beings, revealed and not revelead that helps the humanity. These members can make "miracles" for good or bad.

What I found about god, is he is the trinity, the trinity is the mind, the energy of life, and the presence of the mind in all the universe. This means God is the thought, yes, god the father, the son and the spirit, the other beings you heard from angels are other beings that exists, that other beings inspires and guides humans.

That this means then, all the religion is created over a dream of a person, taht decided to change the world?, inspired or not but other higher beings.
Well the evidence says that.

And as I explain in the project, in structuring of the mind (currently in development), is what I discovered of the way the Him is created and set in the mind.

But the important point and the rason of this letter, is to set in your mind, the need to understand teh Him, the underground groups, and the need to update that knowledge, and move the religion to the next step.

Open letter to Ben van Beurden CEO of Shell Global

I recognize the work of companies like that gave a big benefit directly and indirectly to the environment and the humanity, not only to the industry too the the environment.

Very respectfully allowme please to present you a problem and a solution.

Across the time the industries and products that were very beneficial becomes obsolete, the problem is there is no a global process that takes that changes and makes with responsibility:
- Responsibility to the investment of the business who ownes shareholders.
- Responsibility to the employment of people.

- Responsibility to the owner who invested in that industry and technology.


In that way thinking in the best strategy to protect your image as business and as person, to create one of the first process that will fix and compensate any of the problems, that still didn't have been resolved, as consequence of your products and industry.

There had been several examples like the uses a tecnology with algae to capture the CO2 from the fabric.

The idea is to set a common goal, with other members of the society negotiate them and reach them.
In that way this will be a common process for all industries to adequate and/or migrate the resources and abilities, like in the past happend in Switzerland resuing their ability to create high precision clocks.

You are a smart person, so I suggest you to think on it.
This is a concept and an idea, expressed in a project of positive and responsible attitude toward the people, the society and the industry.
What you do will start to rewrite the history :)

Open letter to Leonardo DiCaprio about the "Before the Flood"

Congratulations for your work.
If you allowme two questions, very respectfully but too very honestly:
1) Why you didn't focused only in the problem of the flood, and repeated other problemas that had been repetead several times. That would had been more effective :)
2) Why you focus in the culpability of the responsibles of the global warming, if in the future after the flood, because it's going to happen, the environmental community will be analyzed for not starting a plan, for not teaching effective techniques (for seeding tree ins example), etc. And I think they you will be between the guilty environmental activists who complained and didn't do something effective.
